Welcome to Starwest Techno LLP. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, PdfRenderPro API, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to PdfRenderPro, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

PdfRenderPro is a document rendering and automation API that converts HTML, URLs, and Handlebars templates into high-quality PDF documents. The Service includes:

  • HTML to PDF conversion
  • URL to PDF rendering
  • Handlebars template interpolation
  • QR code generation (URL, WiFi, vCard, Email, SMS, Geo)
  • Barcode generation (Code128, EAN, etc.)
  • PDF customization (margins, headers, footers, page format)
  • Secured PDF generation (password protection, encryption)

3. Account and Subscription

3.1 RapidAPI Integration

PdfRenderPro is distributed through RapidAPI. To use the Service, you must create a RapidAPI account and subscribe to one of our pricing tiers. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled by RapidAPI.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

4.1 Rate Limiting

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:

  • BASIC: 1 request/second, 200 PDFs/month, 250 utility ops
  • PRO: 2 requests/second, 1,000 PDFs/month, 2,000 utility ops
  • ULTRA: 5 requests/second, 10,000 PDFs/month, 20,000 utility ops
  • MEGA: 10 requests/second, 50,000 PDFs/month, 100,000 utility ops

4.2 Fair Use Policy

You agree to use the Service in a manner that does not:

  • Exceed your subscription's rate limits or quotas
  • Abuse, harass, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication mechanisms
  • Use the Service for benchmarking or competing products

4.3 Overage and Throttling

Requests exceeding your subscription limits may be throttled or rejected with a 429 status code. Consistent overage may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, process, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates applicable laws
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, spam, or phishing attempts
  • Is hateful, defamatory, or harassing
  • Exploits or harms minors
  • Violates privacy rights or contains unauthorized personal data

5.2 Prohibited Uses

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
  • Using the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Automated scraping or data mining of the Service
  • Bypassing security measures or exploiting vulnerabilities

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our IP

The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Starwest Techno LLP and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the data, templates, and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6.3 Generated PDFs

You retain full ownership and rights to the PDF documents generated by the Service using your content and templates.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees, billing, and payment processing are managed by RapidAPI. By subscribing to PdfRenderPro, you agree to RapidAPI's terms and pricing. Refer to our Sales and Refunds page for detailed pricing and refund policies.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high availability and performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through RapidAPI. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay fees (handled by RapidAPI)
  • Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of generated PDFs

You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARWEST TECHNO LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Costs of procurement of substitute services
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your data or API keys

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Starwest Techno LLP, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Content you submit to the Service

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Sales and Refunds policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Starwest Techno LLP regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
