Thank you for choosing Starwest Techno LLP and PdfRenderPro. This page outlines our sales policies, subscription terms, billing procedures, and refund policies.

1. Subscription and Billing

1.1 RapidAPI Platform

PdfRenderPro is distributed exclusively through RapidAPI. All subscriptions, billing, payment processing, and account management are handled by RapidAPI. By subscribing to PdfRenderPro, you agree to RapidAPI's terms of service and payment policies.

1.2 Subscription Tiers

We offer four subscription tiers to meet different usage needs:

BASIC Plan

  • 200 PDF generations per month
  • 1 request per second
  • 250 utility operations (QR codes, barcodes)
  • Ideal for hobbyists and testing

PRO Plan

  • 1,000 PDF generations per month
  • 2 requests per second
  • 2,000 utility operations
  • Suitable for growing applications

ULTRA Plan

  • 10,000 PDF generations per month
  • 5 requests per second
  • 20,000 utility operations
  • Secured PDFs (password protection, encryption)
  • Business-scale operations

MEGA Plan

  • 50,000 PDF generations per month
  • 10 requests per second
  • 100,000 utility operations
  • Secured PDFs (password protection, encryption)
  • High-volume enterprise needs

1.3 Billing Cycle

  • Monthly Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled
  • Billing Date: Your billing date is the day you initially subscribed
  • Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, or other methods supported by RapidAPI

1.4 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.

2. Upgrades and Downgrades

2.1 Upgrading Your Plan

You may upgrade your subscription tier at any time through RapidAPI:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
  • Your new quota and rate limits apply immediately

2.2 Downgrading Your Plan

You may downgrade your subscription tier at any time:

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period
  • You retain access to your current tier until the end of the billing period
  • Any unused quota from your current plan does not carry over

2.3 Quota Rollover

Unused API calls, PDF generations, and utility operations do not roll over to the next billing period. Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your RapidAPI account dashboard. No lengthy forms or phone calls required.

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain full access to the Service until your billing period ends
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your API keys will be deactivated after your subscription expires

3.3 Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by re-subscribing through RapidAPI. Previous usage data and quotas will not be restored.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our API service and the immediate delivery of service access, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

4.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Service Outage: If the Service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to our fault
  • Billing Error: If you were incorrectly charged (duplicate charges, wrong amount, etc.)
  • Technical Issues: If critical API functionality is broken and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
  • Accidental Subscription: If you contact us within 48 hours of subscribing and have made minimal or no API calls

4.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the Service
  • Unused API calls or quota
  • Violation of Terms of Use resulting in account termination
  • Partial month refunds after using the Service
  • Third-party payment processing fees

4.4 How to Request a Refund

Include the following information:

  • Your RapidAPI account email
  • Subscription tier and billing date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots

4.5 Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed through RapidAPI's payment system
  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Payment Failures and Past Due Accounts

5.1 Failed Payments

If your payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

  • RapidAPI will attempt to retry the payment
  • You will be notified via email
  • Your access may be suspended until payment is received
  • Update your payment information in your RapidAPI account

5.2 Account Suspension

If payment is not received after multiple retry attempts, your subscription may be canceled and your API access will be terminated. You will need to re-subscribe to restore access.

If your needs exceed our MEGA plan or you require custom features, dedicated support, or on-premises deployment, please contact us:

  • Custom quotas and rate limits
  • Dedicated support and SLAs
  • Volume discounts
  • Custom contract terms

7. Free Trial and Credits

RapidAPI may occasionally offer free trials or promotional credits for PdfRenderPro:

  • Free trials are subject to RapidAPI's terms and conditions
  • Credits and trials are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Unused credits expire at the end of the promotional period
  • Free trials may automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled

8. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Pricing changes will:

  • Be communicated to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance
  • Not affect your current billing period
  • Take effect at your next renewal date
  • Give you the option to cancel before the price increase

9. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a billing dispute:

  1. Contact our billing support within 30 days of the charge
  2. Provide transaction details and reason for dispute
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
  4. If the dispute is valid, we will issue a refund or credit
